Fast track construction of pile supported foundations and berth for new petroleum coke load-out facility serving bulk carriers to 65,000 DWT.  Fabrication / Construction and installation of two curved steel runway beams to support double orbiting-slewing shiploaders, support structures, 3 breasting dolphins, new tugboat dock, roadways, and walkways.  Project included driving of complex pattern of 36 inch diameter battered piles in water depths to 14 meters.  Weeks’ design/construction capabilities provided savings where multiple-pile mooring dolphins were replaced with single 66 inch diameter monopiles, and large prefabricated concrete modules and deck girders minimized site labor and shortened the project schedule.  Weeks’ 350 ton crane barge and jack-up barge assisted in the erection of large pre-assembled elements of the shiploader and conveyor structures.
